You can, however, receive a credit note or transfer to another class if you cancel your place up to 28 days before your class.

28 days or less prior to your class, you are unable to get a credit note, refund or transfer.

Allergies

Due to the nature of our cake school and the wide variety of baking that takes place on site, we are unable to accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions. While we take care to maintain a clean environment, our kitchen handles allergens such as gluten, nuts, dairy, and eggs, and cross-contamination cannot be ruled out.

In some cases, we make be able to offer cakes made with gluten free ingredients (although noting that they would not be made in a gluten free environment). Please contact us in advance of booking if you will require a gluten free cake and we will make every effort to fulfil your request. Please note if we are able to fulfill this there will be an additional charge.

How many people can attend a class?

The majority of our classes are limited to 8 students however this does vary from 6 to 16 students per class.

How to get to the Cake School?

f you are using a sat nav to get to us, please note using our postcode alone will direct you to the opposite side of the road from the Cake School. The address is - The Cake School by LissieLou, Henleaze Farm Barn, Longcot, Faringdon, SN7 7PR.

Alternatively, from the A420 the best way to reach us is to turn on to Fernham Road (on your right if coming from Swindon or on your left if coming from Oxford direction). Then follow Fernham road to the end and turn right. Keep following the road and you will see a yellow sign for Farmer Gows, turn in here and you will have arrived!

If you are coming via Taxi we recommend booking your taxi in advance of the day. We are in a small village and taxis need to be pre booked.

The Cake School Parking

We have ample free parking available for our students. However we are based on a (fabulous) working farm and the car park surface is mud and gravel. During the warmer months this just means it can get a little dusty however when it rains it does get quite muddy so we recommend bringing sturdy footwear.
