Hello! I loved the class! However the buttercream was a bit too sweet can we balance it out somehow?

Really enjoyed this course and the cake turned out exactly as it's shown in the course info!
Learned so many techniques to achieve perfectly smooth sides and top, levelling the cake layers and getting a perfect white chocolate drip!
Chells had loads of great tips on the day and can't wait to use the new turntable and scrapers I bought! My family loved it and it went down a treat.
Will definitely be back for another course soon. Thank you so much :)

This was my 2nd class being taught by Chell and it didn’t disappoint. You learn so much in these classes and Chell’s knowledge is invaluable.
She is on hand throughout the class to help and guide you along the way and with her encouragement and enthusiasm you learn so much.
