Information about the Class
Class Length and After The Class: This is a 1 Day class and will run from 10am to 5pm. Each student will decorate and take away their tall cake home to enjoy with family and friends.
Class Skill Level: This class is suitable for those who would consider themselves to be an intermediate level baker or above.
What Will You Be Learning: In ChellBells Candy Land class you will build your cake (baked by Chell herself) so that is it level, fill it with luxurious buttercream (from ChellBells signature American buttercream recipe) which you will make yourself. Then you will cover in ganache so that you have a smooth and sharp finish. Alongside this you will learn to make and apply a chocolate drip, make cake ice cream, bake doughnuts, and finish with sprinkles and dried palm leaves.
The cake will be a 5 inch wide cake and approx 9 inches tall!

How to bake and decorate doughnuts

How to safety prep you dried palm and decorate your cake to the highest standard
Everything about this class was fantastic. I loved making the doughnuts and decorating the cake—it’s a perfect day for cake lovers!
Chell explained everything so well, and the hands-on experience was great. The decorations we made were stunning, and I learned so much.
I never thought I could create such a beautiful cake! Chell is patient and encouraging, and the class was fun from start to finish.
This was such a vibrant and fun class, and Chell made everything easy to understand. However, it was quite a long day, and I felt a little drained by the end. Still, it’s a fantastic experience for anyone wanting to push their cake-decorating skills!
I had so much fun learning new techniques, especially the chocolate drip. The sprinkles and palm leaves made my cake look fabulous. Chell is an awesome instructor!
