Ganache offers a flawless, smooth finish for cakes, yet it's often considered tricky to handle. However, this course will transform you into a ganache expert with guidance from Chell! Throughout the course, you'll master the art of achieving the ideal ganache consistency, learn techniques to whiten your ganache, and become skilled at covering cakes for that impeccably smooth finish.

Class Length: This course is a 30 minute online course. You can watch it at our own pace, meaning you can stop, start and rewind it as often as you like. This course comes with lifetime access.

Class Skill Level: This class is suitable for all levels of bakers, especially beginners.

You will need to have completed Chells Online Vanilla Sponge Cake Class, American Buttercream and How to Stack a Two Tier Cake Course OR have prepared a crumb coated 6in cake covered with a layer of buttercream.
